In these days we do not think of how the ladies in the 1800′s handled losing weight without exercising but of course there was the corset. The diet of the day was named after Banting and was the first low carbohydrate of the day. This was whispered discreetly amongst polite society. The diet was a success. These days we are overcome with the choices of diet products, exercise programs and weight loss foods. All you have to do is make up you mind what is good for you. If we now consider ourselves candidates for a slimming program, the process begins with diet and an exercise plan that will be right for us. We have to enjoy it and therefore we want to do it.
